Responsibilities

• Java for backend and React for front end. We follow an XP methodology and firmly believe in TDD and pair programming
• Design and contribute to feature-level solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, retrospection, iteration/release demo, and daily stand-ups).
• Contribute to development, testing, integration, launch, and post-launch operations as a Software Engineer.
• Follow Pair Programming and Test-Driven Development for high-quality production code.
• Collaborate effectively with the technical program manager, product owner, Software Engineering Manager, and other technical experts in software development.
• Review code from others and provide feedback.
• Follow general DevSecOps practices during software development and testing, addressing any comments from tools like SonarQube, FOSSA, and similar CI/CD tools.
• Utilize approved tools efficiently during software development.
• Partner or collaborate with other engineering teams for solution integrations, launch, and product operations.
• Contribute to Service Level Objectives and ensure software performance meets defined KPIs.
• This role closely collaborates with the TPM on a daily basis.
