Responsibilities

·       Responsible for processes, design guidelines and calculation methodologies and creating appropriate metrics before release of design/drawings
·       Responsible for adherence of NPI and ISO for all design activities
·       Selection of Engine, Driveline and implement matching to meet performance requirement.
·       Structural analysis of vehicle components, flow prediction and optimization.
·       Problem resolution in vehicle performance, field issues etc.
·       Work on detail design, design verification using appropriate design tools, release of drawings etc. work on tractor requirements, homologation requirements etc.
·       Balance between the design requirement and manufacturing requirement, to create a Manufacturing Friendly Effective Design.
·       Reviewing and freezing manufacturing inputs and issues
Requirements
·       Experience in Vehicle Integration and related sub systems.
·       Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations.
·       Good system knowledge in Automotive vehicles or preferably in agricultural tractors.
·       Knowledge on the regulation applicable for tractors for domestic and export.
