Responsibilities

• Responsible for Hydraulic System Design, Hydraulic pipe & hose routing package
• Responsible for Design, Sizing & Selection of hydraulic circuit elements for a given application.
• Managing the Design of linkage mechanisms
• Pipe line and manifolds design using CREO.
• Material selection and heat treatment process
• Design documentation and standards creation.

Other Requirements

• Expert in hydraulic circuit design for Mobile hydraulic application.
• Proficient in filtration and Contamination control
• Hands on with Digital hydraulic data login, analysis and trouble shooting.
• Proficient in hydraulic simulation tools like Amesim.
• Thorough on GD&T, DFMEA and DVP.
