Responsibilities

• Good knowledge with Hands-on experience on Aruba Wireless technology, Aruba Switching, LAN/WAN Protocol & Security platform FortiGate, Zscaler.
• Technical knowledge and experience on network management
• Advanced network troubleshooting skills utilizing Wireshark packet capture/analysis
• A solid understanding of network routing, switching, and wireless concepts.
• Expert knowledge on BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and RIP routing protocols, redistribution, and high availability protocols such as HSRP, GLBP, VRRP, STP
• Must have and work on Configuring and Troubleshooting of datacenter Routing, switches for production environment on Data Centers
• Good knowledge of Aruba ClearPass and should be able to configure and troubleshoot as required.
• Deep knowledge of troubleshooting of LAN and WAN environment
• Should be able to perform upgrades on Static routers/switches/Aruba Controller and mobility masters.
• Experience supporting IPsec VPN, DMVPN, and GETVPN
• Experience supporting Aruba WLAN Controllers and Access Points
• Ability to multitask in a high visibility environment
• Understanding of ITIL model and experience working in an ITIL environment
• Experience and knowledge of network monitoring/management technologies (AAA, SNMP, FTP, , telnet, SSH, NTP, Net-flow, syslog, monitoring applications, etc.)
• Full time role based in client location
• Service Level Management and Service Reporting
• Consolidate and review all relevant metrics with Managers in order to ensure compliance.

• Should be hands on in terms of technology and have a good view of the GDM.
