Responsibilities

• should have commendable knowledge of either Splunk/Datadog architecture
• Should have strong experience in setting up monitoring for on premise, cloud, and AWS infra based applications.
• should be proficient in Splunk/Datadog query language ,perform trouble shooting and have strong knowledge in analyzing Splunk/Datadog logs and work closely with production support teams.
• should be familiar with recognizing, perform trend Analysis, Build Dashboards and make recommendations.
• support, Maintain and expand Splunk/Datadog infrastructure to meet future architecture design and deployment requirements.
• Participate in triaging SEV1/MIM issues to identify the cause for the outage and provide necessary support to production support team.
• Design, Implement and Optimize Splunk/Datadog Applications (to include Enterprise Security), Queries, Knowledge Objects and Data models.
• Deploy Best Practices for developing Splunk/Datadog Apps and create conceptual architecture for continuous improvement initiative.
• Perform basic and Advanced scripting tasks with Splunk/Datadog to automate repeatable processes using Python
