  4. Hospitality Services:

    • Offer refreshments to customers and ensure they are comfortable during their visit.
    • Provide a high level of hospitality to enhance the overall customer experience.
  5. Maintaining Showroom Appearance:

    • Keep the showroom area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
    • Ensure that marketing materials, brochures, and promotional items are well-displayed.
  6. Appointment Scheduling:

    • Schedule appointments for test drives or meetings with sales representatives.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to manage the showroom schedule.
