Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor the team s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Create billings for order as per standard discount rate
  • Ensure Sales receipts and billings should be sealed with signature
  • A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • You must be able to efficiently respond to any telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
  • Meets monthly sales and collections goals as provided by management
  • Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely manner and according to the desires of customers
  • Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism
  • Make a sales target and share it with marketing executives to achieve a monthly basis.
  • Preparations of MIS reports
  • Handling marketing tools
  • To ensure customer accounts should not convert to bad accounts
  • To ensure executives are reaching with all the customers
  • Ensure our product and services should be more than customer expectation (MCE)

Other Requirements

  • Any Graduation
  • Basis Knowledge in MS Office
  • Good communication skills and attitude
