Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, strategies, and cases based on product requirements and specifications.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software meets business and technical requirements
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes for testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and customer support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Prepare and maintain clear and detailed documentation for test plans, test cases, bug reports, and test results.

Other Requirements

• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Proficient in writing and executing test cases.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
