We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate should have a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in sales. As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with potential customers, and closing sales. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct site assessments and consultations to understand customers’ energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
  • Present and explain technically the benefits of solar energy and our company’s products to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update CRM with all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new products in the solar energy market.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and resolve any issues or concerns.

Other Requirements

  • B-Tech[ EEE/EC/Mech] or BBA/Diploma Holders with Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in sales,freshers can also apply.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
