We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful on boarding and ongoing support of new customer accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the on boarding process, addressing their technical queries, and providing exceptional support to maximize their satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

1. On boarding Process:

Lead the on boarding process for new customer accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, support) to coordinate on boarding activities through product demonstration and deliverables to the customer queries.

2. Technical Support:

Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers to optimize their use of the product or service.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback, and relay insights to internal teams for product improvement.

4. Retention and Renewals:

Develop and execute customer success plans to drive long-term adoption, retention, and expansion of the customer base.


Other Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, organizational and written communication skills

3. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.

4. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.

5. Customer-centric mind-set with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer success.

6. Proficient and conversant in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
