Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all E&I activities on-site, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Provide leadership to a team of electricians, instrumentation technicians, and contractors.
• Ensure the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and instrumentation adheres to safety standards, industry codes, and project specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and calibration of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Attend project meetings and provide input on electrical and instrumentation-related issues.
• Monitor the progress of E&I activities and update project stakeholders.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure that all workers adhere to safety protocols.
• Manage risk assessments, incident reporting, and corrective actions related to electrical and instrumentation work.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Address any deficiencies or issues found during inspections and testing.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical and instrumentation work, including test results, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management on a regular basis.
• Ensure proper documentation of changes to electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Oversee the maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring reliability and continuous operation.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in E&I supervision, preferably in the industrial, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, DCS, and other control systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and instrumentation issues.
