Responsibilities

• Perform stress analysis for piping systems using CAESAR II software
• Evaluate and mitigate stress-related issues, such as thermal expansion, vibration, and pressure fluctuations
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (ASME, API, etc.)
• Collaborate with piping designers and project teams to optimize layout and routing
• Prepare detailed stress analysis reports and present findings to internal and external
• Recommend necessary support and anchor design to mitigate stress-related issues
• Conduct review of vendor and project documentation to ensure accuracy and adequacy of stress calculations
• Provide technical support during project execution phases, including installation, testing, and commissioning
  

Other Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in piping stress analysis
• Strong proficiency in CAESAR II software
• Experience with both onshore and offshore projects
