Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search rankings.
- Oversee social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to engage with target audiences.
- Guide the content team in creating engaging and value-driven content, including blogs, videos, and email newsletters.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget efficiently, focusing on maximizing ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Handle paid marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, etc.).
Other Requirements
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies from insights.
- Proven experience in leading and managing digital marketing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience.
