• Remote monitoring of the Services and applications, which are running in the client environment.
• Monitor all alerts and tickets related to production applications and services, provide proactive Issue analysis and resolution
• Offer support to resolve critical issues, incidents, or escalations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as required.
• create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) , a knowledge base, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides
• Coordinate with client contacts for issue resolution, delivery of SLAs and reporting.
• 2+ years working experience in Technical support role.
• Understanding of API, Web services,
• Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/UNIX/Linux
• Proficient with SQL (and popular databases).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Display high levels of integrity and commitment to ensure excellent service.
