We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Operations Associate to join our team. The
ideal candidate will manage our HRMS platform, assist in maintaining HR policies, support recruitment
activities, and provide operational assistance to CXO-level executives. This role offers a dynamic mix of
administrative, technical, and people-oriented responsibilities.

• Manage the HRMS System (Keka):
o Oversee the daily operations and functionality of the HRMS platform.
o Ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
o Provide technical support to employees for system-related queries.
• Generate Monthly Reports from Keka:
o Create and distribute HR-related reports, such as attendance, leave, and performance
metrics.
o Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for management.
• Custodian of HR Policies:
o Maintain and update the company’s HR policies.
o Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and communicate policy updates to
employees.
o Socialize changes in HR policies and ensure understanding across the organization.
• Organize Company Events:
o Plan and execute social events and company-wide activities, including Tuesday Tech
sessions and quarterly townhalls.
o Coordinate logistics, vendors, and communications to ensure successful events.
• Operational Support for CXOs:
o Assist CXO-level executives with various operational tasks and projects.
o Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and cross-departmental coordination.
• Recruitment Support:
o Design and create recruitment posters and job advertisements.
o Coordinate with recruitment leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process.
o Assist with interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer letters.
• Custodian of Company Ethics and Policies:
o Uphold and promote the company’s ethics, values, and policies.
o Ensure employees adhere to ethical standards and company regulations.
o Act as a point of contact for ethical concerns and policy clarifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using HRMS platforms, preferably Keka.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance.
• Event planning and coordination skills are a plus.
