Responsibilities

1. Streamline accounting process and manage day to day accounting operations, including accounts receivable / payable and general ledger     entries

2.    Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records

3.    Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely payments

4.    Assist with internal and external audits

5.    Ensure compliance with local accounting laws and regulations

Other Requirements

1.    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2.    Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel)

3.    Knowledge of financial reporting specific to IT projects (e.g., handling invoices for software licensing, SaaS models, etc.)

4.    Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

5.    Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes

6.    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

7.    Familiarity with advanced accounting tools and automation
