Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Analyze functional needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Odoo framework.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for process improvements.

• Configure and implement various Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, etc.) based on client needs.
• Customize workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Customization and Development:

• Develop custom features and modules in Odoo using Python and Odoo's development framework.
• Modify Odoo source code as needed to meet specific functional requirements.
• Ensure the integration of third-party tools or systems with Odoo (e.g., payment gateways, external APIs, etc.).

• Perform system testing, bug fixing, and troubleshooting of functional and technical issues.
• Provide quality assurance for all new developments and module customizations.

• Conduct user training sessions on Odoo functionalities, guiding users in adapting to new processes and workflows.
• Offer ongoing post-implementation support to resolve any functional or technical issues.
• Develop and maintain user manuals and technical documentation.

• Assist in project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables tracking.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure successful delivery of Odoo implementations.

• Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments, new releases, and updates.
• Propose system upgrades or changes that enhance system performance and client satisfaction.

Other Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming and Odoo’s framework.
• Experience in Odoo customization, development, and implementation.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Understanding of Odoo module architecture, ORM, workflows, and security.

• Deep understanding of Odoo ERP modules (Accounting, Sales, HR, Inventory, etc.).
• Knowledge of business processes in various industries and the ability to map them to Odoo.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to work with non-technical users and stakeholders.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Odoo Consultant (Techno-Functional) or in a related role.
• Experience working with Odoo community and enterprise versions.

Good to have

• Certification in Odoo or ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Ansible, and Git.
