Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering banking product information.
• Ensure the accuracy and security of transactions, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
• Handle and reconcile cash drawer in a precise manner, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate banking services or specialists.
• Support branch operations by performing administrative tasks such as record keeping and data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall Company goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
