- Ability to deliver Product, Process & Skill Based Training.
- Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles.
- Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Utilize advanced learning technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and develop appropriate training solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning objectives with business goals.
- Conduct analysis to identify key knowledge/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
