- Configure and customize Fastrr Checkout according to client specifications, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript modifications.
- Use POSTMAN for API testing and integration validation.
- Create and manage JIRA tickets to track client onboarding progress and issue resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration of Fastrr Checkout.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Fastrr Checkout integration.
- Conduct training sessions and assist clients in understanding and utilizing Fastrr Checkout effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and customer support, to address client-specific requirements and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with Fastrr Checkout updates and enhancements, communicating relevant information to clients
