We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Odoo ERP implementation and project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP projects, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Management:
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring successful outcomes.


  • Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering:
  • Liaise with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and goals.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable deliverables and project plans.


  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Odoo developers, functional consultants, and end-users.
  • Assign tasks, manage team performance, and foster collaboration for successful project execution.


  • Odoo ERP Implementation:
  • Ensure seamless implementation, customization, and configuration of Odoo ERP modules.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for ERP workflows and business processes.
  • Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities.


  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables by conducting regular reviews and audits.
  • Perform post-implementation reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations.


  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and final deliverables.

Other Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Odoo ERP implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering ERP projects on time and within budget.


Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Odoo ERP modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR).
  • Knowledge of Python programming, PostgreSQL, and Odoo Studio is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.


Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Good to have

Certifications (Preferred):

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Odoo Functional or Technical Certification is a plus.
