Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership:
* Lead a team of MEAN stack developers and provide mentorship, technical direction, and guidance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Application Development:
* Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
* Ensure the integration of front-end and back-end components using the MEAN stack.
3. Code Quality & Standards:
* Review and optimize code to ensure it meets best practices, performance, and security standards.
* Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
4. Project Management:
* Participate in sprint planning, task prioritization, and resource allocation.
* Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
* Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
6. Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MEAN stack development.
* Propose and implement improvements in processes, tools, and technologies.

Other Requirements

* Technical Expertise:
* Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular (latest versions), and Node.js.
* Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
* Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end development frameworks.
* Leadership & Management:
* Proven experience leading a development team or managing projects.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Other Skills:
* Experience with React js, version control systems like Git.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
