Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance to the team as needed.

Development:

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure full-stack solutions.
• Work with front-end technologies such as Angular (various versions) and back-end frameworks including Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Spring MVC.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and database solutions (specifically MSSQL).
• Utilize IDEs like IntelliJ, NetBeans, etc., for development.
• Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases like MySQL or any RDBMS.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Implement automated testing frameworks and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Monitor application performance, debug, and resolve technical challenges.
• Write unit tests using frameworks such as JUnit, Spock, or Groovy.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Manage sprints, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends, and suggest improvements or new tools to enhance project efficiency.
• Promote and enforce best practices in agile development, version control, and code quality.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular) and back-end technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, MSSQL, or any RDBMS).
• Experience in API development, microservices architecture, and integrating third-party libraries.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Spock, Groovy) and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.

Good to have

• Experience with project management, sprint planning, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
