Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Develop reusable components, bots, and automation frameworks.
• Build and integrate automation solutions using Excel Macros, VBA, and API-based automation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities.
• Participate in process assessments and provide recommendations for automation.
• Monitor and maintain existing automation workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Deploy and manage bots through UiPath Orchestrator and Power Automate environments.
• Adhere to coding standards, security, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Other Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Strong experience in automating processes using Excel Macros (VBA) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficient in using UiPath components like REFramework, Orchestrator, Queues, Assets, etc.
• Good knowledge of programming languages like Python, VB.NET, or C# (added advantage).
• Familiarity with database queries (SQL) and data handling techniques.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools (Git/TFS).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• UiPath/Power Automate certification is a plus.

Good to have

• Exposure to OCR, Document Understanding, AI Fabric, or other intelligent automation tools.
• Experience in automating processes in Finance, HR, or Healthcare domains.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI).
