Responsibilities

•  Design modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
•  Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
•  Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies.
•  Develop design systems and reusable UI components.
•  Optimize UI/UX for SaaS products, enterprise applications, and e-commerce platforms.
•  Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
•  Ensure compliance with WCAG and accessibility guidelines.
•  Keep up to date with UI/UX trends and best practices.

Other Requirements

•  3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
•  Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
•  Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
•  Experience designing for mobile applications (Material Design & iOS HIG).
•  Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).
•  Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).

Good to have

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
•  Experience with motion design, animations (Lottie, After Effects, Framer Motion).
•  Familiarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin, Avocode, or Figma Dev Mode.
