Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet production and quality targets.

• Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Supervise and motivate factory staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction.

• Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as needed.

• Maintain factory equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance programs.

• Track and analyze performance metrics (output, downtime, defect rates, etc.).

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet standards.

• Manage inventory, raw materials, and logistics coordination in the factory.

Other Requirements

Minimum 15 + Years in Manufacturing (abroad exp preferred)
Must have experience in wooden door /related wood-based / timber manufacturing (understand door manufacturing processes, wood species, machinery, tools, etc.)
