Responsibilities

• As a Software Test Engineer – Chatbot/AI, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of AI-driven chatbot applications through rigorous testing practices. 
• Your role involves designing and executing manual and automated test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. 
• You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to validate AI functionalities and user interactions. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for reporting findings and documenting processes. 
• A solid understanding of AI concepts, quality management practices, and experience in both manual and automation testing will be key to driving continuous improvement in chatbot performance.

Other Requirements

• 2 + yrs of experience in the area of Quality Management
• Experience Manual & Automation Testing
• Experience in AI, Communication center/chatbot ( mandatory)
• Clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Experience in developing testing approach, test plan, Test cases, & Test reports as well as defining test data requirements
• Experience in Integration & Performance Testing
