Responsibilities

• Own the insurance metrics end-to-end from strategy to execution

• Design and optimize ops processes: user journeys, premium collections claims and reconciliation

• Manage relationships with insurance partners, brokers and vendors

• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Product, Tech) for smooth rollouts

• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements across the funnel

• Ensure regulatory compliance (IRDAI) and readiness for audits

• Identify and launch new insurance products for our merchant base

Other Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, distribution or product

• Experience in fintech or startup environments is a plus

• Strong execution skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity

• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL or dashboard tools is a bonus

• Excellent stakeholder management—both internal and external

• Comfort with insurance compliance, documentation and regulation workflows

• Passionate about solving real-world problems for MSMEs

Good to have

• Prior experience with insurers, brokers or digital insurance platforms
• Exposure to embedded insurance models
• Working knowledge of life, health, and general insurance products
