Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design efforts from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design.
- Plan and implement new design strategies for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
- Optimize existing user interface designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6-9years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a SaaS, enterprise software, or IT services company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both UI and UX expertise across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVisionect.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript fundamentals (React/Angular exposure is a plus).
- Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting usability tests and interpreting qualitative/quantitative feedback.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography,color, layout, and details.
- Client communication skills: ability to discuss needs, clarify objectives, and translate client requirements into design actions.
- Presentation skills: confidently presenting ideas, designing mockups, and explaining design rationale to non-design audiences.
- Active listening: capturing hidden client needs and subtle feedback without misinterpretation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirement gathering ability to conduct discovery workshops and requirements interviews with clients.
- Business understanding: ability to connect design goals with the client’s business goals and KPIs.
- Stakeholder management: handling multiple client stakeholders and sometimes conflicting feedback diplomatically.
- Experience working with front-end developers and understanding technical constraints
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices. Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale.
- Knowledge of SEO basics for web projects.
- 3D/Illustration skills: familiarity with tools like Blender or Procreate for creating custom visuals.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes: collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress,Webflow) for web designers- GTH
- WordPress template creation
