We’re looking for a strategic and creative digital marketing lead to scale our reach, relevance, and results.

You will own the content-led digital growth engine — across Instagram and YouTube. From trend strategy to analytics, and from video hooks to retention, you’ll lead a team to consistently trigger the algorithm and grow loyal audiences.

Responsibilities

📈 Growth Strategy & Execution

• Design and execute high-frequency content plans for Instagram (Reels-focused) and YouTube (Shorts + long-form)
• Own platform-specific content pillars, trend research, and publishing calendar
• Analyze performance metrics daily and adapt content hooks, formats, and timing
• Conduct A/B testing on thumbnails, captions, and video structure

• Use trends, memes, and regional cultural moments to stay hyper-relevant on Instagram
• Optimize YouTube titles, thumbnails, and intros to boost retention and CTR
• Create growth loops through comments, DMs, YouTube Community posts, and shorts

• Plan and run Instagram and YouTube ad campaigns to promote best-performing content
• Test audience targeting and boost lead magnets or channel offers

• Build an engaging Malayalam digital voice for the brand
• Respond to audience comments, DMs, and repost community content
• Plan interactive content formats: polls, quizzes, AMA, giveaways

• Create weekly dashboards showing growth across platforms
• Use YouTube Studio and Instagram Insights to uncover growth levers

Other Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a content-led or creator-first brand
• Deep understanding of Instagram Reels + YouTube Shorts algorithms
• Creative mindset with ability to ideate and script viral Malayalam content
• Confident in both Malayalam and English (writing + speaking)
• Data-driven — skilled in turning insights into content moves
