Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using Core PHP and related technologies.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Design and manage MySQL databases and optimize database queries.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and payment gateways.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance or scalability issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Other Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Core PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Solid understanding of MySQL, including database design and optimization.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Good understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- BE or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in PHP development.
Good to have
- Basic knowledge of WordPress architecture – themes, plugins, and custom post types.
- Familiarity with Shopify platform – theme structure and Liquid templating.
- Understanding of CMS and e-commerce platforms from a developer perspective.
