- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Post job openings on various platforms and ensure visibility across networks.
- Coordinate and conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.
- Schedule and manage online and offline interviews.
- Communicate interview details to candidates and follow up post-interview.
- New joinee staff verification
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment and employee databases.
