Responsibilities

• Architect and drive development of modular, maintainable, and high-performance backends.
• Own the entire backend lifecycle: design → development → testing → deployment.
• Design and scale RESTful APIs, microservices, and data-driven pipelines.
• Lead by example through clean code, technical mentorship, and deep system thinking.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps for seamless delivery.
• Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, libraries, and best practices to keep us at the cutting edge.
• Ensure performance, security, and fault-tolerance across systems.

Other Requirements

Core Tech Stack & Must-Have Skills

• 💡6+ years of Python backend development experience.
• 🔧Frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI (you should have production-grade experience in at least one).
• 🔌Expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).
• 🧠 Deep understanding of data modeling, database optimization, and schema design.
• 🛢️ DBs: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB (or similar).
• 🐳Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• ☁️Cloud experience: AWS / GCP / Azure (at least one).
• 🧪 Strong skills in unit testing, debugging, and performance profiling
