Responsibilities
Help improve data collection, data coverage & visibility for driving deeper insights on relevant metrics related to collections health and efficiency of different operational teams.
Enable senior leadership decision making by streamlining measurement of KPI's, identify it's key drivers by building causal models, communicating key metrics and business trends to leadership teams.
Actively work on analysis, creating dashboards, evaluating experiments with the help of senior team members.
Other Requirements
1-2 Years of experience in Analytics.
Prior experience in any one among Collections, Operations, Product analytics is a plus.
Technical capabilities: Proficient in SQL, Excel
Strong working experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, Cognos, BO, Pentaho etc.)
Strong understanding of statistics and experience with statistical analysis
Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills
Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills
Background in statistical modelling and experience with statistical/scripting tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS is a plus.
