Responsibilities

*Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

*Configure, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, or others).

*Ensure system security through monitoring, patching, and implementation of industry best practices.

*Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

*Set up and maintain observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.

*Collaborate with developers to streamline deployments and ensure reliable releases.

*Automate operational tasks to minimize manual effort and improve system efficiency.

*Participate in on-call support and troubleshoot critical production issues under guidance.

Other Requirements

*Must have completed a DevOps course/training.

*Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration.

*Hands-on exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, etc.).

*Experience or knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

*Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

*Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

*Strong understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

*Basic knowledge of networking concepts, load balancers, and security best practices.

*Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
