Responsibilities

• Lead the backend development of scalable, high-performance applications using Python

• Architect and implement microservices using Django, Flask, or FastAPI (at least one in production)

• Design and build RESTful APIs, ensuring integration with various front-end and third-party systems

• Work with ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM to manage and optimize database interactions

• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders for seamless delivery

• Ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and effective version control

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions

Other Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Python backend development.
• Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI (at least one in production) & microservice
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration with ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy, Django ORM).
