Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance applications using Rust, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Navigate and refactor complex codebases, applying best practices to improve code readability, modularity, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review code, provide technical feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Use Git effectively for version control, including branching, pull requests, rebasing, and conflict resolution.

Other Requirements

• Strong experience with Rust.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and basic software pipeline setup.
• Ability to understand and navigate complex codebases.
• Comfortable running, modifying, and testing real-world projects locally.
• Experience contributing to or evaluating open-source projects is a plus.

Good to have

• Previous participation in LLM research or evaluation projects.
• Experience building or testing developer tools or automation agents.
