Responsibilities

● Plan and manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

● Optimize performance to achieve key metrics: CPL, CTR, CAC, ROAS.

● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

● Track and report campaign data using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard.

● Collaborate with the media and design teams to develop creatives and ad copies.

● Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spending strategically.

Other Requirements

● Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.

● Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR).

● An analytical, creative, and data-driven mindset.

● EdTech industry experience is a plus.

● Experience: Minimum 1 year in Performance Marketing
