Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and internal communication

• Ensure brand consistency and uphold Brototype’s creative standards

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Media teams, contributing fresh ideas and creative concepts

• Stay updated with emerging design trends to keep our content modern and impactful

• Deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines and manage design assets efficiently

• Support multiple departments by providing materials for promotions, events, and presentations

• Follow company guidelines and avoid publishing company-related designs on personal social media without prior approval

Other Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and other design tools

• Ability to create clean, modern, and appealing designs

• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Motion graphics/video editing knowledge is an added advantage
