The term ("Term") of this Agreement will begin on the date the Order is submitted to Glibsy (the "Effective Date"). It will end on the earlier of (i) one year from the Effective Date or (ii) the latest duration for Services specified in the Order (each such duration, a "Product Duration"). Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, neither party may cancel this Agreement. Suppose Customer violates any term of this Agreement or the rules governing how a Site is to be used. In that case, Glibsy may immediately suspend any Customer passwords and access codes until the violation is remedied and, if appropriate, promptly remove any job listings that do so.
If the breach by the Customer can be fixed, they will have ten (10) days to do so, to the reasonable satisfaction of Glibsy, to get their passwords and access codes back. Glibsy may: (a) terminate this Agreement and (b) pursue any other legal remedies at its disposal to enforce this Agreement and collect any overdue Fees (as defined below) if the breach cannot be remedied or is not remedied by the Customer within the allotted ten (10) day period. Suppose Customer has violated the provisions of this Agreement or the conditions of any applicable Site two (2) times, and those violations have since been corrected upon Customer's subsequent breach. In that case, Glibsy may immediately terminate the Agreement without further notice to Customer and without refunding any fees paid.
Either party may end this agreement immediately if the other party does any of the following: (i) applies for or agrees to the appointment of a receiver, trustee, or liquidator of it or its assets; (ii) makes a general assignment for the benefit of creditors; or (iii) has a petition filed against it for bankruptcy, reorganization, or similar relief (which, if involuntary, is not stayed or dismissed within ninety (90) days of filing). If Glibsy breaches this agreement materially and the breach is not fixed within ten (10) days of receiving written notice, the customer may end the agreement.

Without regard to its rules on conflicts of law, the laws of the State of India shall govern these Terms and be followed in their interpretation
