Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant backend applications using the Go programming language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with user interfaces.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to enhancethe development process and software quality.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of applications.

Other Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Go Lang Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in the Go programming language, including its core libraries and best practices.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with developing RESTful APIs, Serverless Functions and Microservices.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript frameworks and React or Angular.
• Experience with version control systems Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with queuing systems Azure Event Hubs (AEH) or Apache Kafka.
• Understanding of distributed systems and concurrency models.
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques
