Responsibilities

• As a MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient, scalable, and robust applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement front-end and back-end solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Build reusable code, components, and libraries for future use.
• Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Ensure the security and data protection of web applications.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure the highest quality of development.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of applications.

Other Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of professional development experience.
• Proven 3+ years’ experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Solid experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Mobx) for React.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in working with them.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Next.js for server-side rendering in React applications.
• Proficiency in Nest.js for building scalable and efficient back-end APIs.
• Experience with version control systems Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of distributed systems and concurrency models.
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
