Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Zendesk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing Zendesk to meet the needs of our customer support and service teams. As a Zendesk Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our customer support platform to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Zendesk Configuration:

Customize and configure Zendesk to meet the specific requirements of our customer support processes.
Implement and maintain ticketing workflows, automations, and business rules.
User Management:

Manage user roles, permissions, and access control in Zendesk.
Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
Integration and API Management:

Integrate Zendesk with other tools and systems as needed.
Work with development teams to leverage Zendesk APIs for custom solutions.
Reporting and Analytics:

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer support.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Zendesk.
Stay informed about Zendesk updates and best practices, and implement relevant features.
Troubleshooting and Support:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zendesk-related issues.
Collaborate with IT and support teams to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven 3 years experience as a Zendesk Administrator or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Zendesk features, configuration, and customization.
Strong understanding of customer support processes and best practices.
Experience with Zendesk API and integration with third-party tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred. Zendesk Administrator Certification is a plus.
