Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, sales, operations) to support customer needs.
  • Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback for process improvement
  • Adhere to support policies and performance metrics (SLAs, CSAT scores, etc.).


Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, IT, or a related field).
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using support tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), and the MS Office suite.

Good to have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or helpdesk software.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment or startups
