Responsibilities

  4. Managing Emails and Correspondence: Handling incoming emails, faxes, and postal mail, and distributing them to the relevant parties.

  5. Providing Information: Offering information about the organization, its services, and policies to visitors and callers.

  6. Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  7. Handling Administrative Tasks: Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  8. Handling Inquiries: Responding to general inquiries and providing assistance to individuals seeking information.
