Responsibilities

•Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Malayalam
• Pitch and sell products/packages/services across domains such as real estate, education, tourism, matrimony, and more
• Generate leads and follow up on enquiries
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on customer needs
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Update CRM and maintain call quality standards
• Confidently handle objections and convert leads into customers Required

Other Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year in voice sales / telesales / telecalling / tele-collections / telemarketing

Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory
• Spoken proficiency in English or Tamil is an added advantage
• Strong persuasion, upselling, and customer handling skills
• Ability to manage high-volume calling efficiently
• Target-driven with a positive and go-getter attitude
