Responsibilities

  1. Insurance Product Offering: Collaborate with dealership staff to offer insurance products that complement the purchase of vehicles. This could include comprehensive auto insurance, extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other related products.

  2. Customer Consultation: Engage with customers during the vehicle purchasing process to assess their insurance needs and provide guidance on appropriate coverage options.

  3. Policy Underwriting: Handle the underwriting process for insurance policies, ensuring accurate risk assessment and proper coverage for customers based on their vehicle choice and individual circumstances.

  4. Claims Assistance: Assist customers with insurance claims related to their vehicles, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

  5. Insurance Education: Educate dealership staff about insurance products and processes so they can effectively communicate insurance options to customers and facilitate insurance-related transactions.

  6. Partnership Management: Develop and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters to ensure competitive insurance offerings for customers and streamline insurance-related processes within the dealership.

  7. Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the sale of insurance products within the automotive industry, ensuring adherence to legal standards and best practices.

  8. Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers by providing excellent service, addressing their insurance-related inquiries and concerns, and fostering long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  9. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor insurance sales metrics and performance indicators within the dealership, tracking sales volume, customer satisfaction, and other relevant data to identify areas for improvement and optimize insurance offerings.

  10. Training and Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through training programs, industry seminars, and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of changes in the insurance landscape and provide the highest level of service to customers.
