Responsibilities

• Assist in Maintaining Petty Cash and books of Accounts.
• Assistance in verification and disbursement of Staff and tutors salary.
• Assist in day to day bank transactions.
• Follow up on receivables.
• Verification of Invoices and classes of students.
• Assist in preparing bank and petty cash vouchers.
• Assisting in Preparation of Monthly Budget.
• Purchase of office stationaries.
• Assist in Payment of Professional Tax & Labor Welfare fund in Municipality.
• Helping in Documentation works of the company.
• Assistance in preparation of Monthly reports.

Other Requirements

• Should be a fresher.
• Should be a commerce graduate.
• Post-graduation in commerce would be added advantage.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skill.
