Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyse current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Solution Design: Work with development and technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), and user stories.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, risk identification, and change management processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyse data and generate reports to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and facilitate UAT activities, ensuring the final product meets the specified requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, helping to refine the business analysis process and overall efficiency.
