Responsibilities

- To take end to end responsibility of Digital Marketing & oversee CLM projects like reactivation, cross sell, digital event promotion, demand generation for different BUs

- Strategizing with management, marketing leaders and all other stakeholders for campaign plan preparation

- To ensure execution of PN/Email/SMS/Journeys/On-Site/In-App campaigns associated with the aforementioned projects and plans with the CLM team.

- Tracking the conversions from Google, email and SMS campaigns and improving the percentages and numbers. Will require deep diving into data

- To work in a high-volume email/SMS marketing environment

- Brief & oversee the work of Content/Copywriters, internal designers who will deliver assets for each campaign

- Deep dive into Campaign Data and draw strong insights

- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including analysis and evaluation of KPIs.

Other Requirements

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a Growth role in preferably SaaS products.

- Strong understanding of funnel analytics and associated metrics

- Uber understanding of CRM tools like Intercom / Netcore / CleverTap.

- Should have detailed understanding of campaigns & journeys basis the Marketing Funnel

- Knowledge & Fluency in MS Office & Google Analytics

- Knowledge of email design with a creative eye is a big plus

- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation techniques including A/B testing setup, list uploads, journey mapping setup, etc

- Technical understanding of deliverability challenges for email and push notifications.

- Comfortable with handling large data sets in excel
